Under the direction of the Early Learning Venture (ELV) Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for nurturing and retaining key accounts (early child care programs), helping bring in new accounts, supporting the client support team, and helping better the sales team by supporting deployment of ELV supports and services. This team member will maintain high quality customer service and build trusting relationships with child care sector clients.
Serve as a product expert on ELV services to introduce, pitch, and garner interest in the products
Work within a team to devise and implement growth strategies to increase number of participating members and achieve set growth targets
Focus on growing sales through multiple communication channels (person to person, telephone, email, etc)
Organize and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) data base
Serve Early Child Care programs, in person and remotely, by providing product and service information; troubleshooting and resolving product and service problems for clients
Adhere to project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of the organization requirements and project specifications
Serve as a representative and spokesperson for Early Learning Ventures
Perform other related duties, as assigned
1-3 years of experience in customer service
Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred, sales experience can stand in for formal education)
Experience working with CRM tool(s) preferred
Possess sound technical skills – Microsoft Office
20% travel within Colorado
